Annual General Meeting

Members are cordially invited to attend the Club’s Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM), to be held at Old Kitchens, Queens’ College, prior to the September Dinner.

Queens College, Cambridge.

1. Amendment of the Constitution to move the AGM from June to September.
2. Introduction of the revised annual committee transition timetable.
3. Ratify the newly co-opted committee members

4. Any Other Business 

The EGM provides an important opportunity for members to review the progress and direction of the Club, contribute their perspectives, and participate in constructive discussion on matters of shared interest and future development.

The continued engagement and insight of members are greatly valued, and attendance is warmly encouraged.
